  • Captain Alejandro Vargas Hernandez - Will 2 Win Sportfishing

    Captain - Alejandro

Alejandro Vargas Hernandez was born in Zihuantanejo, Mexico into a family of reputable sport fisherman. With 28+ years of experience, he’s had the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world, five of those years being here in Los Cabos. He started working at Will 2 Win hoping to expand his knowledge and fulfill his passion of fishing as well as experience the different cultures that the clientele brings to each charter. His favorite feeling is hooking, fighting, and capturing yellow-tailed tuna, blue marlin, black marlin, rooster fish and sailfish (much of what you might catch on your excursion)! It’s especially rewarding to Alejandro being able to share that euphoric moment with those who come aboard!

  • Captain Roberto Togo - Will 2 Win Sportfishing Cabo San Lucas Mexico

    Captain - Roberto

Roberto Nunez Togo comes from a long line of fisherman starting with his great-grandfather down to his own son. It’s safe to say it’s in his blood. After spending 10 years in his as a maintenance man for an American homeowner, he finally gave into his born fate and ventured into the world of sport fishing… to this day he has nearly 40 years of experience and wouldn’t change it for a thing. His days spent with Will 2 Win are nothing short of amazing. As he gets older, he feels grateful to be able to have the best office with magnificent views and the ability to teach his passion to new clients every day. He’s conceded and accepted that he was born a fisherman and will die a fisherman.

    Marcos

  • Luis Vargas - Will 2 Win Sportfishing Cabo San Lucas Mexico

    Luis

Luis Alejandro Vargas was born in Zihuantanejo, Mexico. His move to Los Cabos with his family has allowed him to follow in my father’s footsteps not only in his passion of fishing but also in this company, as his father is the captain of Viviana I! Growing up with a family of fisherman not only gave him the skills needed but the desire to be the best. He strives everyday to learn new aspects whether it be about the fish themselves or the tackle needed to hook them - understanding to read the water and interpret the many factors of the ocean. Fishing can be very simple and at the same time very complex, having that ability to understand helps him be able to teach passengers what they are doing, why they are doing it and where to do it best given the weather and temperature of the water. As a deckhand, he’s in the center of the action on fishing days and learning the mechanics of the boat on dock days. One of his greatest accomplishments to date would be catching a 264lb tuna and 300lb blue marlin in the presence of wonderful passengers! He takes every encounter with guests as an opportunity to be better not only as a deckhand/fisherman but as a host. He prides himself on giving you the best experience imaginable and helping you make memories for years to come with friends and family.

  • Lalo - Will 2 Win Sportfishing Cabo San Lucas Mexico

    Lalo

Lalo started fishing when he was 8 years old, his father would bring him fishing from time to time and by the time he was 13, his interest in fishing had taken over and he dedicated all of his free time to learning everything needed to become the best fisherman. He now has 5 years of experience; at just 18 years old. The charter world has opened many opportunities for him and has helped him grow not only as a fisherman but as a young adult. He’s learned different techniques, how to approach the fish as they fight and different tools used in certain situations. The best memory thus far would be when he & the crew hooked a 250 pound tuna and with the assistance of his mentor/captain, he was able to gaff the fish and get it onboard. It was a great day not only for the customer but for Lalo as well!
